Teaching and Caring for humanity
Our story
Yayasan Teman Aksara Cita Harapan (TEACH) Indonesia was established in 2015 as TEACH Community, a community initiative focused on education and social activities for children living in orphanages, young people from marginalised communities, educators, and individuals in need. In 2019, TEACH was formally registered as a foundation under Indonesia’s Ministry of Law and Human Rights. Since its establishment, TEACH has been committed to expanding access to education, supporting the development of children and young people, strengthening educators’ capacity, and creating more inclusive learning opportunities for individuals and communities facing barriers to educational resources and support.
